There are mainly three possible reasons for this message:
- Wrong Password
- Wrong Nickname
- Account was deactivated or deleted
To reset your password, please just use your nickname (case sensitive) with the button “Forgot Password” on https://www.winners-circle.net/. The mail with the reset link will be sent to the email address that is configured in your Winners’ Circle account.
If you are not sure about your nickname or if you already changed your password but are still not able to log in, please contact the Winners' Circle Support Team using the "Contact us" button or by sending a mail to getintouch@winners-Circle.net.
Please provide some personal information (i.e. your corporate email address or the nickname if known) to help us finding your account data, especially when you are sending your request from your personal email account!
